- Hosting: The tour prices include 6 months of hosting. Client can extend the hosting for additional 6-month periods at $25 each.
Airbnb or Rental
- Up to 3,000 sqft: $275
- Combination of full room shots and detailed close ups.
- Up to 30 high-resolution images are provided.
- Client is granted the rights to use these photos for advertising and marketing of the specified property.
- Images will be delivered via digital download.
Floor Plan
Floor Plan Rates for realtor listings are based on the gross floor area of each property.
- Under 1,000 sqft: $150
- Up to 2,000 sqft: $175
- Add 5 cents per square foot beyond 2,000 sqft
- Properties over 5,000 sqft; price on application.
- For properties outside the Comox Valley, please call for a quote.
Travel Fee
- South of Kilmarnock to North of Merville Road: Additional $20
- North of Salmon Point Road to Campbell River: Additional $35
- Bowser Area: Additional $40
- Qualicum, Parksville, or Horne Lake: Additional $75
- The travel fees cover the extra time and fuel required for travel to these locations.
Note
- All prices are subject to GST.
- Tours will be hosted for up to 6 months, with the option for additional hosting as needed.
- Realtors are granted photo copyrights for the duration of the property listing.
- Airbnb and rental property owners are given copyrights to use the images for marketing purposes of the photographed property

- $350 + GST (add $50 for airport coordination – Comox)

- Includes 1-1.5 minute high-definition video, complete with engaging music, that weaves through the property and its surroundings, providing a dynamic and immersive experience.
